Prezzo Case Study: A New and Improved Website
MethodWorx was tasked with delivering a new and improved website for Prezzo that would not only have an updated layout and look but would also provide a better overall user experience and journey.
A Fresh Start
The old Prezzo website was outdated and in need of a refresh. It did not represent Prezzo’s strong brand presence, the CMS was difficult to update, and the content was not efficiently organised. The website appeared flat and did not provide enough user experience. It was not user or mobile-friendly enough.
The entire website was rebranded, improved, and rebuilt from scratch. The redesign was streamlined and consistent, drawing inspiration from Prezzo’s menu. The front-end was restructured to clearly display key restaurant information.
Future‑Proof by Design
To future‑proof Prezzo’s website and protect long‑term investment, MethodWorx delivered a platform built for continuous improvement. Powered by .NET 9 for scalability, Umbraco as a flexible open‑source CMS, and Tailwind for a lightweight, high‑performance front end, the result is a website designed to evolve as the business grows.
Mobile UX Center Stage
A top priority for this project was to improve the overall mobile user experience. Care was taken to help customers quickly find & make booking with ease via a redesigned navigation.
Page layout was re-structured for a faster, more intuitive experience that to encourage users to stay engaged longer, and convert more often
Regional Offers
Prezzo wanted regional offerings (restaurant-specific offers), restaurant campaigns, and extended orderings to add a new journey to their website. MethodWorx ensured that Prezzo had a CMS that would allow them to have the flexibility to make their own changes, updates, and organise their content without ruining the consistency of the new website.
Phase X & Beyond
Prezzo had plans to expand the functionality of the site using the CMS of the site to manage content that had previously been maintained on other sites.
These future plans were included in the original planning and approach when building the site.
